Man Charged in Brutal Subway Attack on Elderly Woman

A man was accused of ambush Saturday following a 78-year-elderly person was kicked in the face on a New York City tram as others viewed toward the beginning of March.

Marc Gomez, 36, was captured Saturday, the New York Police Department said to The Daily Caller News Foundation by means of email.

He was accused of different tallies of ambush and provocation.

A people group tip supposedly prompted the capture, as per a tweet from ABC 7 announced Naveen Dhaliwal on Saturday.

The elderly woman, who had not been distinguished, was treated for swelling, slices to the face and seeping subsequent to getting struck on the subway March 10 around 3 a.m.

Video film demonstrates spectators watching and hollering as she got hit.

Cautioning: Video contains brutality.

“It’s horrendous,” a MTA laborer stated, the New York Post reported. “I can’t think something to that effect could occur.”

It is misty why Gomez supposedly kicked the lady.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea tweeted Saturday that Gomez was in guardianship.
