In a move that is uncommon across the nation, an Oklahoma Senator has presented a bill that would condemn premature birth as first-degree murder.
Sen. Joe Silk, R-Broken Bow, as of late presented S.B. 1118 which adds executing an unborn youngster to existing homicide resolutions.
“No individual will perform or instigate or endeavor to perform or prompt a premature birth after origination,” it peruses. “An individual submits murder in the primary degree when that individual plays out a fetus removal as characterized by Section 1-745.5 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.”
